Hi guys :)
Since Mario and I are going on vacation, I won't be able to answer most comments until we get back, I hope you guys understand. I'll try to get back to everyone after our vacation.
This has been the first time in over a year that I have worked a four day short-haul trip...how exciting! I had wonderful crews and passengers and an absolute blast jetting through Europe with a total of 12 flights in four days (I went to five different countries in four days). While my layovers were not that long (well, for a short-haul trip they are actually considered layovers with decent length, but since I am more used to long-haul flying my short-haul layovers always seem kind of short) I still managed to explore the area in Athens, Greece and in Brussels, Belgium. I didn't end up leaving my hotel room on my layover in Düsseldorf, Germany and I also included that in my vlog since I want you guys to see what flight attendant life is really like and truth be told, there are layovers or oven whole trips where we flight attendants don't really see anything apart from the plane, airports and hotel rooms. For me it is very important to have a good balance when it comes to going for walks, exploring, and down-time in my hotel room where I can relax while watching some of my favorite TV shows and obviously, I always try to get at least seven to eight hours of sleep on a layover.
This was a pretty good trip to get out of reserve and this trip also concludes my August work schedule.
I hope you enjoyed this week's vlog and I will see you soon!
