Under the Vaccinated Travel Lanes, those fully vaccinated will no longer have to undergo quarantine at the destination country and upon returning to Singapore. Instead, you may be required to take additional COVID-19 tests before departure, at your destination, and when you return to Singapore.

MOH upgraded India to category 2 and going to start VTL from 29 Nov.

Applications for short-term visitors and long-term pass holders will start on Nov 22 for travelers from India.

- Travelers must be fully vaccinated with WHO-approved vaccines at least two weeks before arrival in Singapore.
Unvaccinated travelers who are 12 and below can travel to Singapore via the VTL if accompanied by a fully vaccinated VTL traveler.
- Travelers must have vaccination certificates
- Before departure for Singapore, the traveler should be in the VTL country for at least the last 14 days.
- Arrive in Singapore on a designated VTL flight only.
- All short-term visitors traveling to Singapore under VTL must purchase suitable travel insurance with a minimum coverage of S$30,000 against COVID-19 related medical charges and visa to enter Singapore.

Application for Travel under the VTL:
All SC/PRs and unvaccinated children aged 12 and below do not need to make any applications under the Vaccinated Travel Lane.
Short-Term Visitors / Long-Term Pass Holders
- Applications must be submitted between 7 and 60 days before the intended date of entry into Singapore.
- A VTP is valid for 6 days from the traveler’s chosen date of entry.

Travelers must present the following to the airline staff:
- A valid VTP (electronic or physical copy) for the specified period of entry into Singapore;
- A valid proof of vaccination status
- A valid pre-departure COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) or Antigen Rapid Test (ART) test result certificate
- Short-term visitors must present a valid visa
