Pahalgam is known as the land of shepherds. The beautiful Lidder River runs through Pahalgam, and the snowy peak of the mountains will always accompany you during your entire tour. The stunning mountainous view I've loved the most during my three-night stay in Pahalgam, Kashmir.

I started my journey in the morning from Srinagar to Pahalgam. On the way, I enjoyed two hours of the scenic drive, and different things explored. It was safe to travel alone. I visited at the end of April. The weather was charming. However, March to November is the best time to visit Pahalgam.

I had a lovely time exploring Pahalgam. There are many top things to do and places to visit in Pahalgam. I traveled Pahalgam on a budget and stayed three nights at Hotel Crystal Boarding & Lodging on Chandanwari Road.

I've tried several Kashmiri food, enjoyed exploring many beautiful valleys, lost in nature, loved the calmness of the town in the early morning, adored the green meadows, shaded Poplar trees, and Pine trees. Moreover, it was entirely a relaxing holiday to enjoy out of the busy city life.
