Here's a fairly long review of the incredibly long named Hotel Baraquda Pattaya, M Gallery by Sofitel! I booked this hotel on black friday 2019 for a stay mid February 2020. The price was an amazing £65 a night including breakfast for 2! and before you ask, YES it is very much guest friendly. The baraquda can be found on second road, pattaya next to the Avenue shopping complex.
