Luckily, we quickly found a 1.9TDK AAZ engine that we started fixing up. Let’s show you the process of swapping out the standard 1.6TD with this 1.9 AAZ, doing it step by step and also showing the parts we needed to buy in order to make the engine into a "new", reliable piece of machinery.
