Regarding COE, you can register it online and process Visa at the embassy once you get your COE issued (New Policy For December & Jan Flight)

NEW POLICY: Registration the flight – COE - VISA
1. Booking a charter flight with Este Holiday (filling personal information in excel file)
2. Make a payment of the plane ticket.
3. Agency will issue after passengers submit the proof of payment within 3 working days.
4. COE registration at https://coethailand.mfa.go.th/ please find manual in attached.

5. Issuance of COE: https://coethailand.mfa.go.th/
5.1 After your application has been pre-approved, the applications should BUY AIR TICKET and BOOK ASQ (Only for Non-Thai or Thai who wish to book his/her own ASQ)

5.2 Agency issue flight confirmation within 3 working days after submission the proof of payment)

5.3 Go to “Confirm trip” menu and submit/provide your Flight Details, Plane Ticket, ASQ at coethailand.mfa.go.th

5.4 Royal Thai Consulate will issue COE within 3 working days after applicant have submitted travel information.

5.5 If your COE is granted, you can download the COE directly

6. Non-Thai can process Visa Application immediate at the Thai Embassy after completing his required document.
7. COVID-19 test, issue within 72 hours before departure (Additional require from the airline, request every passenger have it)
8. Fit-to-Fly, issue within 72 hours before departure (A must for both Non-Thai and Thai)

9. Prepare your travel document

Non-Thai
1) Passport
2) Certificate of Entry (COE)
3) Fit-to-fly health certificate issue within 72 hours before departure
4) COVID-19 Certificate (RT-PCR) issue within 72 hours before departure
5) Medicate insurance or letter of employer guaranteeing minimum cover of 100,000 USD of medical costs.
6) ASQ/AHQ Confirmation
7) T.8 Form

10. Travel day (prepare 2 sets of copies of Travel documents, submit 1 set at the check-in counter)
